My job is to do whatever needs to be done.

By , I'm a product manager at Kudy Financials, working across tech, fund operations, compliance, client experience, and comms. By , I chase side quests: communities I started with friends, young people I coach, and whatever idea won't leave me alone that week. It's how I learn: wake up and start doing.

All of it points at one thing: a more productive Africa. We don't lack effort; too much of it gets lost in weak systems. I want to build the institutions that turn that effort into something that lasts, so people get more out of their work, not just more busy. Lately that means designing work for people and AI agents together: agents take the routine, people keep the judgment, and every action stays accountable. Read about my operating system here.

Kudy FinancialsI lead product and communications at an investment firm working across three countries and multiple currencies. Musings

This is where I think out loud about the productivity gap: how people, businesses, and institutions get more out of their effort, money, tools, and talent. Working thoughts, not final answers.
